At the time reviews seemed to be okay so I placed an order in November to fill an advent calendar. Weeks pass I message their WhatsApp where I'm told they've spoken with the warehouse and I will receive my order Monday or Tuesday. It never comes and I message to cancel the order, they never respond. Still waiting for a refund.

What absolute low life scum bags. I ordered some mini bottles in November for Xmas stockings and they said they were arriving but never turned up. Their help service said “thanks for reaching out we will be right with you” then no reply since then and then closed their website. If they have any spare bottles they need to shove them in their pie holes.

Dirty scammers still waiting for my money back for a order I placed in December!!

Had used this company once before and received my order with no problems. Like everyone else I ordered at the beginning of this year and never received my order. No refund, no response to emails, nothing. I am only grateful I ordered a couple things this time and not a large order! Avoid their new wholesale website as well if this is the way they treat people!

Ordered £60 worth of miniatures and paid for next day delivery. Didn’t receive any product and luckily managed to get my money back via the bank.
Don’t buy from here!!

Ordered for a wedding and paid in full and no response or refund when they closed

Avoid, ordered goods beginning of December 2021 for Christmas gifts and yet to receive those or a refund (or even reply) after countless emails and What’s app messages.
Just rip off merchants it seems

Ordered and paid before Christmas 2021, email received and that's it - no delivery no refund and not once a reply to the numerous emails, text messages etc. A discraceful way to treat customers and from the posts on social media I am one of very very many. Shame on you taking money for goods you had not intention of supplying and then 'shutting up shop'

Ordered before Christmas for a family member. Completely forgot about the order until recently when he mentioned that they hadn't arrived. Can't get hold of anyone through email, phone etc. Don't know how to get a refund?

Horrendous company. Paid in November and didn’t receive my order. Ignored my emails etc. I raised a dispute with my credit card and company came back to say they are not accepting my dispute and that they did send my order????

Omg I am gutted and wish I had read the reviews before ordering back in January - I had used before but obviously when it was in better times ? unfortunately I didn’t pay by credit card or PayPal so not looking hopeful - expensive lesson learnt ?
So not only have I lost my money I failed to fulfil valentines gift orders for my small business loosing out on sales too ?

One star is being polite. So good to see the company has now closed down. Still waiting for a refund from November 2021. After they took money and could not supply the goods.

Ordered miniatures on the 14th December with a 3-4 day delivery time. The email response sais there may be some delays due to Covid and the fact that they were very busy. It is now 28th January and I have not received anything emails and WhatsApp messages go unanswered or you get an auto response. I have now raised a claim through PayPal but I don't hold out much hope of getting my money back. UPDATE. I am pleased to say I have now received a refund from PayPal but for a penny less than I paid.

Ordered late November and it didn't arrive. Contacted via email and no response. Attempted to contact again on same email and now address is invalid. Checked and original website no longer available but a new one set up with same email contact details etc as Just Miniatures Wholesale.
Had used company previously and all was fine. Thankfully it wasn't a big order as I have lost hope of getting money back.
